Three weeks in Europe, Italy

Three days in Croatia but we had seen enough of the sea, it was time to go around the mountain, in Italy, there is a perfect place for that. When Sylvinho and I were planning the trip, I remember saying that nothing could prevent me from seeing the famous Dolomiti.

The road was cool, kilometer by kilometer made us closer to the place, and closer to the goal, although it was nothing when I think about the trek we did that I can put in the best we have done in our life.

Of course, as soon as we got there we were hungry, we couldn’t prepare the trek before we had eaten, so that night, we picked up the keys well hidden by my host and I remember pizzas, amaretto that I enjoyed a lot.

The day of the trek, I dressed with enthusiasm as if it was my marriage, but instead of a tuxedo it was one of my best sneakers and my favorite cap, the weather was good, the day was announced cool, because of a GPS more or Less lost we arrived a little later than expected but the important thing is that D-day had finally arrived.

When we started climbing the mountain, I could feel so energy that just having reached the peak could stop me, or a stone slipping … In fact we were only missing ropes and helmets but our legs were present like those of children also come to struggle with the mountain, and climb the high peaks of the Dolomiti.

When we reached the peak, anywhere I took a look on it I could see a space so big that I felt light, that feeling didn’t leave me before I had gone down to reach another one, on that kind of path it’s important to have adapted shoes, the stones are pretty slippering and they break each other. Just got down when a rescue helicopter was heading for the peak, even if it was early, the mountain was already making the first victims.

At the next peak, we stopped for a while to play with the drone, once again we acted in our own movie, when the sun shew up we recorded incredible footages that show well the giant size of the place, we scared some people until they got used to it. Above all, it’s forbidden to use a drone there.

We ate a lunch that I cannot describe as delicious, because although the Mont Blanc tour had not started, we had already started with the rations … And after that we returned to the road in a hurry, we had to continue for a few steps, not without difficulties and At the end of the day, the weather went crazy, at the beginning the sky sent us a lot of rain before continuing with hail, fortunately we had almost finished the trek.

When the sky finally calmed his emotions, we went to Lago Di Landro, so that we could enjoy the wonderful view one last time, and also could put our legs in fire into the lake so cold that it made me forget my legs as I never had before..

On the last day, on the way to France, we stopped at Lago Di Carezza, which is the most beautiful lake I have ever seen. There, Sylvinho wanted to take a photo in a special place, what happens is that we could’nt find the place, but suddenly I recognized a piece of stone and said to Sylvinho: « Follow me, now I know where it is. » It’s forbidden to climb the barriers but once we did it, when I turned around, I saw that all the people were doing the same, what a bad influence we had.

The trip in Europe is over, but two days later we started the most difficult adventure of my life, the famous Mont Blanc tour. To conclude, we are the main characters in our movie called: Our lives.

Thanks for reading.
